Appointments
Please bring all medications with you to your appointment.
Appointments are scheduled up to eight weeks in advance and reminder notices are sent for annual exams; however, deliveries and surgical emergencies can cause delays or rescheduling. If you have an immediate health concern, do not hesitate to call us for guidance. Please call if you will be late or are unable to make your appointment. Patients more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled.
New Patients
If you are a new patient, please bring your insurance card and arrive early to complete any necessary paperwork. If you have been under the care of another physician, please bring your records or have them delivered prior to your appointment.
Gynecologic Care
Gynecologic care is important for women of all ages. Yearly examinations are augmented by the latest medical techniques and technology available. Women's Health Partners offers gynecological care, including yearly examinations augmented by the latest medical techniques and technology available, contraceptive management, menopausal management and treatment of common gynecological conditions. We offer a variety of in-office procedures, as well as gynecologic surgery including minimally-invasive hysterectomy.
Obstetrical Care
We take an overarching approach to every pregnancy, which means we are available at every stage, from pre-conception counseling and early detection of pregnancy, through the post-postpartum period.
At Your Service
Women's Health Partners places a high priority on customer service. We are available to answer your non-emergency calls, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., on Fridays. Prescription refill authorizations can be taken during regular office hours, with a 72-hour turn-around time. For emergency situations, dial 9-1-1 or go to the emergency room at Gadsden Regional Medical Center, where we have exclusive privileges.
